Carringtons Coffee Co. roast single origin specialty coffees for all brewing methods including cold brew coffee. Established in 2019 at Kenyon Hall Farm, Cheshire, this small-batch producer hand-roast ethically sourced coffees from all over the world, each with unique flavour profiles and characteristics.

DIY Cold Brew is Carringtons’ make-at-home roast for cold brew coffee. It’s naturally sweet and refreshing when enjoyed over ice, but also makes the perfect base for some amazing cocktails. The full range of cold brew cocktail recipes – available on the website – includes: Cold Fashioned, Cold Brew White Russian, Vecchia Romagna and Cold Brew, Porter Cold Brew, Turbo Gin and Tonic, Cold Brew Negroni and Tonic, Coffee Margerita, Cold Brew Martini and Cold Brew Soda.

COLD BREW COFFEE MOCKTAILS
In addition to the recipes on its website, Carringtons Coffee Co. has created a few mocktail recipes specially for Boughton's Coffee House, the perfect addition for vendors who don't have an alcohol license but could benefit from extending their refreshing drinks options to capitalise on demand during the summer months.

2 shots cold brew concentrate 
100ml tonic water
Ice
Squeeze of lime or lemon

Cold Brew Lemon Soda
2 shots cold brew concentrate 
2 shots soda water
Squeeze of lemon
1tsp of honey or maple syrup
Ice

Cold Brew Orange Spritz
2 shots cold brew coffee
2 shots soda water
Half freshly squeezed orange
1tsp of sugar
Ice
